These individuals who share the same vision and objective joined together to form the core of the company. With different backgrounds and specialties, they compliment each other's skills and apply them to provide superior standards of service offered by METAPIXEL.

The guru of METAPIXEL Media and Design’s web development, Greg Joseph Diaz is the spark that made the company’s vision of online media come to life. He is the backbone of the team’s front-end programming and web design, and thus opening a new chapter for the company’s online business venture.

As a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University’s Information Design program, Greg displays a wide variety of skills when it comes to graphic arts. But simply designing didn't satisfy the hunger of this individual. Wanting to immortalize his designs through the most widespread medium of today, he immersed himself through the tedious art of web development. And now, with the experience and numerous awards that he has gained especially in flash animation, Greg is the most reliable source for front-end web development the team can count on.

A little box wouldn’t be enough space to enumarate the abilities of this person. Jarell Mallari, the master of coding of METAPIXEL Media and Design, exercises maximum flexibility when it comes to any programming language. Whether it be web development, back-end programming, or front-end programming, he is the man to talk to. His real specialty lies within software development using Open Source Java Technologies.

As one of the persons who jump-started METAPIXEL’s venture through web development, Jarell is responsible for fully customizing the back-end open source technology of every project according to the client's needs. With boundless knowledge and learning ability for any type of programming language, he is continually paving new roads for the company’s digital business opportunities.

Call it destiny or willpower. May-i, an artist, a dreamer, an achiever, and METAPIXEL Media and Design’s fuel and catalyst, is bringing the company and his partners to greater heights. Being the face of the company, he strives to deliver superior customer service to clients and flawless corporate governance to the team.

A graduate of the University of the Philippines, May-i is a well-rounded individual exposed to different cultures and is very nationalistic. Prior to being a full time teamplayer for METAPIXEL, he continually practiced his skills and talents like writing through literature and music, marketing consultancy, graphic design and other media. He is a truly resourceful person and someone you can trust to get the job done.

Bound in ambition, Tzaddi focused his whole career in putting up a graphic design and media business. Right after college, he orchestrated the company which is known today as METAPIXEL Media and Design. He started with small print design and video projects and then merged the business with his closest group of friends thus providing the company with a wider variation of talents.

As a graduate of U.P. Diliman Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication, Tzaddi possesses extra ordinary skills when it comes to visual arts especially in illustration. He has also garnered a number of awards such as Best Research and Best Thesis under the Publications cluster. With hard work, determination, and an immeasurable vision for the company, Tzaddi is an immovable force of METAPIXEL Media and Design’s core foundation.

The members of METAPIXEL Media and Design are the ones who strengthen the company’s foundation. They are the ones who support the founders in existing projects that are in need of their expertise to provide superior quality for the clients.

These members are chosen to be part of the METAPIXEL team taking in consideration their outstanding performance in their chosen specialty and with the trust that they have earned from the company’s founding members. They are also the aspiring officers for the future of the company and are truly part of the METAPIXEL family.

In between Metapixel projects, Chesca works as a freelance writer and editor (currently with Asian Development Bank) and production/events manager for SABAW Media Art Kitchen and Independent Cultural Xchange. In the past, she has worked as a copywriter for a local advertising agency, web writer and editor for a BPO company, contributor and editorial assistant for various print publications, and research assistant for the 2005 Country Report on the United Nations General Assembly and Special Session on HIV/AIDS.

As an undergrad of the Social Sciences, Chesca has been trained to pay close attention to detail, to cross-check references and maintain objectivity at all times. But with her added electives in Literature and the Humanities, she was able to give free reign to her imagination and intuition, thus enabling her to strike a balance between the discipline required for factual writing and the dalliance necessary for producing creative fiction. With her diverse transdisciplinary background and strong command of both the English and Filipino language, all your website text and copy are guaranteed safe and sound in the able hands of our resident wordsmith.

Germaine is an artist possessing remarkable skills when it comes to graphic design, but the field where he really excells on is illustration. With a lot of exposure on his specialized skill, including being an officer of an illustration organization and being an avid supporter and practitioner of the visual medium and literature known and as sequential art, he can execute whatever idea into imagery with ease and style.

Being an illustrator requires a lot of flexibility depending on the subject at hand and that is exactly what Germaine has. Fashioning a variety of influences from prominent artists like Frank Frazetta and Simon Bisley, he is continually exercising and evolving his style through different formidable media like watercolor, vector art and digital painting.
